About Us

Middleton Perry, Chartered Surveyors was estalished in 2005 and specialises in providing independent commercial property advice.

The company is a partnership between James Perry, a chartered surveyor, and his wife, Elizabeth Perry, a qualified solicitor.

James has in excess of seventeen years experience of the South Wales property market. Prior to forming Middleton Perry, he worked for a national firm of surveyors in their Cardiff office where he was a director. He has also worked for a local surveying practice in Newport and the Cardiff Bay Development Corporation.

Liz qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and specialised in commercial property working with a well respected national practice.
