Lettings and Sales

We deal primarily with the industrial market, and current instructions range from a 2,000 sq ft unit in Newport up to 200,000 sq ft unit in Bridgend. We offer an accurate and realistic market assessment for each property and work hard to promote it and to secure a suitable occupier.


The market sectors covered are industrial and offices. Detailed advice is available to potential occupiers, inlcuding a market search to identify potentially suitable property, advice on current market values and leading the actual negotiations for the selected property. As well as negotiating the best possible price, other important, and often overlooked, matters are covered - such as lease length, condition, repair and service charge provisions.


In total, the Company manages in excess of two million square feet of property in South Wales. This ranges from stand alone buildings to large multi-occupied estates. The tenants we deal with are diverse, and include both household names through to small local businesses. We pride ourselves on providing a professional service that is pro-active and, through our other areas of expertise, we are able to deliver added value to clients.

Development and Regeneration

The Company has been involved in a number of development projects across South Wales, predominantely of an industrial nature. The process often starts with the identification of a suitable site and market demand, and following the process through planning and ultimately the marketing of the completed project.

We have been involved with a number of regeneration strategies and schemes for a number of different locations across South Wales. This has included working both for the Welsh Assembly Government and local Councils.
